Regular Hoodsurf readers might be familiar with the Drop Zone – where sellers’ price expectations are dampened. But the budding Spring market has spurred us to create a new category – Price Jumps – for properties that have upped their asking prices.
And our first Price Jump candidate is a self-proclaimed “NY inspired” condo with some NY-chutzpah in its new asking price.
